Deliverables & Delivery

This page explains what Life Dream Design delivers at each design stage, how and when it is delivered, and how deliverables may be used.
What You Receive
Each stage ends with a defined deliverable: layouts as to-scale PDF plans; concept stage as PDF renderings and a material board with sources; drawing stage as a dimensioned PDF drawing set with specifications (DWG files on request). Physical sample boards are available for pickup at the studio.
How Deliverables Are Delivered
Deliverables are sent by email as PDF, or through a shared online folder for larger sets, within the timeline in your proposal (typically 10 business days for a layout, 3 weeks for concept, 3 weeks for drawings). Printed sets are available at cost.
Revisions
Each stage includes one revision round, returned within 5 business days of your comments. Additional revisions are quoted in writing before we make them.
Use of Deliverables
Deliverables are licensed to you for building the described project at the described property. They may be shared with your contractors, suppliers and the village for permits. They may not be reused for other properties or resold without our written consent.
No Physical Goods Shipped
We do not ship furniture, materials or products. Where we manage purchasing on your behalf, goods are delivered by the supplier under the supplier’s terms.
Problems With a Deliverable
If a deliverable contains an error or does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.
