Book your first consultation in September and we draw your first plan at no charge. It is the same stage-one deliverable our clients pay $1,200–$1,400 for, and it is yours to keep whether or not you continue.
What you get
A measured plan with two options
- Interior: one room up to 400 sq ft — kitchen, living room, primary suite, basement, home office.
- Exterior: one outdoor area up to 1,500 sq ft — front entry, backyard terrace, side yard, planting bed.
- On-site measure and 90-minute consultation at your home.
- Two to-scale layout options showing furniture, circulation and storage (or hardscape, planting zones and circulation).
- One revision round, then a PDF set delivered within 10 business days.

Book in September
Use the contact form or call. Choose “Free September layout” and tell us which room or area.
Step 2
We visit and measure
The consultation itself can happen in September or October; only the booking has to be made by September 30.
Step 3
Receive your layout
Two options within 10 business days of the visit. Decide afterward whether to continue to renderings and drawings — or not.
Terms
The fine print, in plain words
- For new clients only: households that have not previously engaged Life Dream Design.
- One free layout per household, for one room or one outdoor area within the size limits above.
- Consultation must be booked between September 1 and September 30, 2026; the site visit may take place through October 31, 2026.
- Free within 25 miles of Downers Grove, IL; a $95 travel fee applies beyond that.
- Includes one revision round. Additional rooms, areas or revisions are quoted at regular rates.
- No purchase required. If you continue to a paid package, the layout stage is not charged again.
- Cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or withdraw the offer; this page shows the current terms.
